Open day at Atisha Centre

I am having a stand at the open day for the Atisha Centre in Bendigo tomorrow if you are in that neck of the woods. They always have a great day with a varied program of events, stalls, bookshop, terrific food, all in a beautiful bush setting.

I will be demonstrating Yuk Cho, come and try out stick therapy - you will love it!
