What a time it has been! I take Dr Nida to the airport tomorrow and wave him off to Singapore and then there will be time to take in everything I have learned in the last fifteen days. Tibetan Medicine, Dream Analysis, Mantra Healing and of course our wonderful Yuthok Nyingthik practice.
It has been headspinning, tiring, challenging and all colours of awesome - as usual and of course.
Going to bed now, happy happy happy to have had this opportunity from our amazing teacher.
