I think I made my own hole in the ozone layer!

Ssh, don't tell anyone. My car and I have taken our relationship to a new level as I have burned up and down the highway for days and days and days!

All in a good cause, but life has been busy.

But right in the middle of my busy fortnight, our eldest son and his girl got engaged!
Yay and much happiness all round. And I have a daughter at last! Here they are in their gorgeous happy selves.

So what else has been keeping me out and about? A massage course mostly, level 1 of Ku Nye which I have already completed but felt a refresher would be a good thing before Dr Nida launches us into level 2 next year. The venue was an hour and a half drive from our place so the days were quite long, but really worth while. Lovely to connect with the new students coming through as well, we will all do level 2 together next year.

And helping a friend with his new business venture.
And arranging an information stall at the teachings with His Holiness in Sydney in December for the Ngak Mang Association.
And having a stand at the Atisha Centre open day, again for Ngak Mang promotion.
And having a celebration lunch in Geelong with Alex and Sarah.
And getting myself organised for the Big Birthday of PRS - hahahaha!
And getting myself organised for the short course in TTM I am facilitating in January, (and trying to maintain calm and poise about the whole thing, when really....I am terrified.)

Busy, good, but busy.

a massage week

Lots of massage clients this week (it's not the only treatment I offer), which is great. I learn more and more about Ku Nye (Tibetan massage) with every one I do.
It is a wonderful therapy that really is so much more than just massage, that is selling it short I reckon. It is a really very comprehensive bodywork.

Anyway, back to what I was going to go on about before the free Ku Nye add manifested, lots of massage.

Massage being given by me, not received by me. And this is in a week where I have through other commitments been welded to the computer, and I do mean welded! So what's the problem, I can find a therapist and make a booking for myself. Yes, although I am fussy about who I let work on me, but that's another story.

The interesting thing for me has been that while my neck and shoulders should be kaput from all the screen time, working on other people has been as healing as getting massaged myself.
Bonus.
Because Ku Nye is such a dynamic form of massage, the therapist is not just standing and patting muscles, it is incredible the benefits that you receive in the process as well.

And it's always good to send people away feeling so much more relaxed and un-hooked from all their stresses as well as their physical pain. It works so well on the energy and emotional bodies as well as the physical.
